How it works
One trip, five steps
A travel desk often holds a single trip in three places: a WhatsApp chat, a spreadsheet, and a quote document. When the traveller changes a date, someone has to fix all three. TripQuote CRM puts the trip in one file and moves it through the same steps every time.
- Lead. The inquiry is recorded as a lead, so the desk knows who asked and what they asked for.
- Quote. The quotation is built against that lead, not in a separate document that drifts away from it.
- Itinerary. The day-by-day plan is built in the same file as the quote.
- Booking. When the traveller says yes, the same trip moves on to a booking.
- Finance. Payments are tracked against the trip, so the desk can see what has been paid and what is still due.

TripQuote CRM is for a travel agency that sells trips and has outgrown chat and spreadsheets. We work from Srinagar, so Kashmir agencies are an obvious fit, but the CRM is the same for an agency in any other Indian city. It is hosted and multi-tenant: one platform, many agencies, each with its own trips.
It is not hotel software. It does not run a room rack. Hotels on the same trip use their own system, and ours is HotelBooks, the hotel PMS.

₹19,999 is the starting price for TripQuote CRM. The published scope is the five areas above. Domain names, payment-gateway fees, and any workflow outside that list are separate, and we confirm the scope with you before anything starts.
If the agency needs a step the CRM does not have, we quote it as custom software. We would rather start from the product and add a small piece than build a whole system you do not need.

Does TripQuote CRM manage hotel rooms?
No. It does not run a hotel room rack. Hotels use HotelBooks, our hotel PMS. An agency that sends guests to hotels keeps the trip in TripQuote CRM, and the hotel keeps the stay in its own system.
