HotelBooks is for an independent hotel that still splits the front desk across an OTA extranet, a register, and a billing sheet. That includes houseboats and valley hotels in Kashmir, and independent hotels elsewhere in India. Priced by room count and plan, billed monthly or yearly. Book a demo for a quote. The desk gets one workspace. The reception board shows arrivals, departures, and in-house guests. Rooms, rates, and guest folios sit with that board, along with travel-agent commissions and OTA channel sync. Imports cover Bookingjini and CSV. A hotel can add a guest booking site on its own subdomain. Guests book there, and the reservation still lands in HotelBooks. The booking site is optional. TripQuote CRM is for a travel agency that keeps one trip in WhatsApp, a spreadsheet, and a separate quote. It is multi-tenant: one platform, many agencies. TripQuote CRM starts from ₹19,999. You can open the live product at tripquote.in. Kashmir agencies are a natural fit, and the same CRM is for travel agents elsewhere in India. ShuhulKul Technologies supports it from Srinagar.
The file moves through five areas: leads, quotes, itineraries, bookings, and finance. That is the whole published scope. It does not run a hotel room rack, and HotelBooks does not build a tour itinerary. RepairMyDevice is for a business that takes phone, tablet, laptop, and gaming console repairs and wants customers to book online instead of calling for a price. The customer picks the device, the model, and the repair, and sees the price set for that model. Where there is no fixed price, as with water damage, the booking goes in as a quote request.
Behind the booking page, the admin keeps the catalogue and prices in INR and can allocate each job to a partner repair shop. Each shop has its own dashboard for the jobs it is given.
