A broken screen or a dead battery usually starts with a phone call and a guess at the price. RepairMyDevice puts the price in front of the customer before they book. The booking runs in five steps.
The admin panel holds the catalogue: device types, brands, models, repairs, and add-ons. Prices are set per model, so an iPhone 15 Pro screen and a Galaxy S23 screen can carry different prices. Leave a price empty and that repair becomes a quote request.
Bookings and customers are in the same panel. The admin can update a job's status, set the price on a quote, and send it to the customer by email or WhatsApp.
RepairMyDevice is built for a business that takes bookings centrally and does the repairs through one or more shops. Each shop is added as a service partner with its own login. The admin allocates a booking, and the shop sees only the jobs given to it.
From its dashboard, a partner shop updates the status of each job and can send the customer a quote. The admin keeps the full view of every booking, assigned or not.
The starting catalogue covers the phones most people bring in: iPhone X through iPhone 17, Samsung Galaxy S10 through S26, Google Pixel 6 to 9, and recent OnePlus, Xiaomi and Redmi, OPPO, Vivo, and Motorola models. Tablets, laptops, and consoles have their own device types. The admin can change any of it.
